Vermentino nero 70% Canaiolo Nero 15% Merlot 15%
Red Rodopilo is based on Vermentino Nero grapefruit. This ancient Lunigiana native grape was vinified together with a small percentage of Canaiolo Nero and Merlot to obtain a fresh red wine in color and tannin. At the nose emerge the aromas of the small berries along with a spicy note that resembles black pepper. In the mouth you we feel a hint of acidity.
It is a nice red wine for an aperitif, which is well combined with cold meats and cheeses, first courses, white meats, but also with fish dishes. To be served at an ideal temperature of 15 ° C.
